The ubiquitous Swedish snack: hard-boiled egg halves topped with Kalle's creamed cod roe.

Ingredients

• hard-boiled eggs
• Kalle's Kaviar (creamed smoked cod roe)
• chives

Instructions

1. Cut eggs in half.
2. Pipe a generous amount of kaviar on each half.
3. Garnish with chives.
