Akutaq (Eskimo Ice Cream)
A traditional Alaskan Native dish made of whipped fat, berries, and sometimes fish or snow.

Ingredients
- reindeer fat or shortening
- seal oil or vegetable oil
- berries (blueberries, cloudberries)
- optional: boiled fish
Instructions
- Whip fat by hand until fluffy
- Slowly add oil while continuing to whip
- Fold in berries and optional fish
- Chill or freeze before serving
