Ambasha (Spiced Flatbread)
A large, circular, and slightly sweet leavened bread flavored with cardamom and black cumin, often served at celebrations.

Ingredients
- 1 kg wheat flour
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp black cumin seeds
- 1/4 cup oil
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water with a little sugar.
- Mix flour, remaining sugar, cardamom, and cumin.
- Knead into a soft dough and let rise for 1 hour.
- Flatten into a large circle on a greased baking sheet.
- Create decorative patterns with a knife.
- Bake until golden brown.
