Anafre (Bean and Cheese Dip)
A traditional clay-pot dip of beans and cheese, kept hot over coals.

Ingredients
- 2 cups refried red beans
- 1 cup quesillo (Honduran melting cheese)
- 1/2 cup chorizo, cooked and crumbled
- Tortilla chips for dipping
Instructions
- 1. Mix beans and cheese in a traditional clay pot (anafre). 2. Add cooked chorizo. 3. Heat over coals or on a stove until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly. 4. Serve with fresh tortilla chips.
