Rice wine infused with dried osmanthus flowers — a fragrant ritual wine mentioned in the Chu Ci (Songs of Chu) poems and used in autumn harvest ceremonies.

Ingredients
- rice wine or sake, dried osmanthus flowers, rock sugar
Instructions
- Warm rice wine gently (do not boil). Add dried osmanthus flowers and rock sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Cover and let infuse 24-48 hours. Strain. Serve at room temperature or gently warmed. The wine should have a delicate apricot-honey fragrance.
