Instructions

  1. Rinse lentils.
  2. Boil with water 20 minutes until dissolved.
  3. Fry onion and garlic in oil until golden.
  4. Add cumin and coriander. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Add to lentil soup. Stir.
  6. Season with salt and lemon juice.
  7. Serve with fresh coriander and flatbread.
