  1. Mix fish sauce with red wine vinegar (ratio 1:2, as garos was stronger than fish sauce). Add olive oil, dried coriander, and fresh oregano. Add a pinch of pepper. Taste — adjust vinegar and oil balance. Serve in a small clay dish for dipping bread and fish.
