Ingredients
- pork fat and blood, cumin, pennyroyal (substitute: dried mint), vinegar, salt, pork intestine casings
Instructions
- Mix pork blood and minced fat. Season with cumin, dried mint, vinegar, and salt. Fill intestine casings loosely. Tie off in links. Boil in salted water 10 minutes. Then grill over charcoal until skins are crisp and charred. Serve immediately.
