Boiled Greens with Vinegar and Oil

  1. Bring salted water to boil. Add greens. Boil until tender (5-10 minutes depending on type). Drain. Dress generously with olive oil and a splash of vinegar while still hot. Add a clove of crushed garlic if desired. Eat warm or at room temperature with barley bread.
