Boiled Greens with Vinegar and Oil

Ingredients
- wild greens or mixed greens (dandelion, chicory, purslane, mustard greens, fennel fronds), olive oil, vinegar, salt, optional: garlic
Instructions
- Bring salted water to boil. Add greens. Boil until tender (5-10 minutes depending on type). Drain. Dress generously with olive oil and a splash of vinegar while still hot. Add a clove of crushed garlic if desired. Eat warm or at room temperature with barley bread.
