Ingredients
- wheat flour, water or milk, olive oil for frying, honey, curdled milk or fresh cheese optional, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix flour with water (or milk) to a thin pourable batter. Heat olive oil in a flat pan. Pour small ladlefuls of batter. Cook until edges set and bubble, flip once. Serve hot with honey drizzled over and fresh cheese on the side.
