- leeks, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garum (fish sauce), vinegar, olive oil, white wine, black pepper
Instructions
- Clean leeks. Cut into lengths. Braise in olive oil and white wine covered for 15 minutes until tender. Make dressing: crush cumin and coriander. Mix with fish sauce and a splash of vinegar. Pour over cooked leeks. Finish with olive oil and black pepper.
