Ingredients
- rice flour or barley flour, jaggery or honey, ghee for frying, sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the flour with water and melted jaggery to form a thick dough. Shape into small, flat cakes. Fry in hot ghee until golden brown. Dust with sesame seeds if desired.
