Baliq Kebab (Sturgeon Kebab)

Pieces of Caspian sturgeon marinated in lemon and saffron, grilled over charcoal.

Ingredients

• 1 kg sturgeon or other firm white fish
• Lemon juice
• Saffron water
• Salt, pepper
• Narsharab (pomegranate sauce)

Instructions

1. 1. Marinate fish chunks. 2. Skewer and grill quickly over hot coals. 3. Serve with Narsharab sauce.
