Ingredients
- Pork stock
- Minced pork/offal
- Buckwheat flour
- Rommelkruid (spices)
- Raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Simmer meat in stock
- Stir in flour and spices until it forms a thick paste
- Let set in a mold until cold
- Slice and fry in butter until crispy outside
