Bosanska Kahva (Bosnian Coffee)

Strong, unfiltered coffee prepared in a traditional copper pot (džezva).

Cuisine: Bosnia and Herzegovina

Ingredients

• finely ground coffee, water, sugar cubes, Turkish delight (lokum)

Instructions

1. Boil water
2. Add coffee to džezva
3. Pour water over
4. Return to heat until foam rises
5. Serve in small cups (fildžan) with a sugar cube and lokum
