Creamy mashed potatoes topped with crispy bacon and sautéed onions.

Ingredients

• 1 kg potatoes
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 200g bacon, diced
• 2 onions, diced
• Pickled beets for serving

Instructions

1. Boil potatoes and mash with milk and butter.
2. Fry bacon and onions until golden and crispy.
3. Serve the mash topped with the bacon and onion mixture.
4. Garnish with pickled beets.
