Bula Genfo

Ingredients

• 1 cup Bula flour
• 2 cups Water
• Niter Kibbeh and Berbere

Instructions

1. Mix bula with cold water until smooth.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and becomes translucent.
3. Serve with a well of spiced butter in the center.
