Bosnian Burek

Thin, flaky pastry filled with spiced ground meat, coiled into a spiral.

Ingredients

• Handmade filo dough or Yufka
• 500g ground beef
• Onions, salt, black pepper
• Oil and melted butter

Instructions

1. Stretch the dough until transparent.
2. Spread the meat mixture along the edge.
3. Roll into a long cylinder, then coil into a spiral.
4. Bake until golden and crispy. Brush with a little water and butter after baking.
