Fried yuca and cheese balls served in a sweet cinnamon syrup.

Ingredients

• yuca, local cheese, eggs, sugar, cinnamon

Instructions

1. Boil and mash yuca
2. Mix with cheese and eggs
3. Fry into small balls
4. Serve in warm sugar syrup
