  1. 1. The noodles are traditionally soaked in water from a specific ancient well in Hoi An (Ba Le Well). 2. Prepare char siew pork by braising pork loin in soy, five spice, and garlic. 3. Blanch the bean sprouts. 4. Place a small amount of broth/gravy at the bottom of the bowl. 5. Layer noodles, sprouts, char siew slices, and crispy crackers. 6. Serve with a side of fresh herbs.
