Cedar Plank Salmon
Fresh Pacific salmon grilled on a cedar plank to infuse the fish with a delicate smoky aroma.

Ingredients
- 1 large cedar plank (untreated)
- 2 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour. Pre-heat grill to medium-high (400°F). Pat salmon dry. Mix oil, maple syrup, and mustard
- brush over the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Place the wet plank on the grill for 3 minutes until it starts to smoke slightly. Flip the plank over and place the salmon on it. Close the lid and grill for 12-15 minutes until salmon is just cooked through.
