Charquekán Orureño
A traditional dish from Oruro consisting of crispy shredded llama or beef jerky served with corn, potatoes, and local cheese.

Ingredients
- Beef or llama jerky (charque), giant white corn (mote), eggs, potatoes, local cheese (queso fresco), llajua.
Instructions
- 1. Boil the jerky, then pound and shred it. 2. Fry the shredded meat until very crispy. 3. Serve over a bed of giant corn with a boiled egg, a whole potato (with skin), and a slice of cheese. 4. Serve with llajua.
