Chicago-Style Hot Dog

Ingredients

• All-beef hot dog (Vienna Beef preferred)
• Poppy seed bun
• Yellow mustard
• Bright green sweet pickle relish
• Fresh chopped onion
• Two tomato wedges
• One dill pickle spear
• Two sport peppers
• Dash of celery salt

Instructions

1. Steam the hot dog and the poppy seed bun.
2. Place dog in bun.
3. Add toppings in order: mustard, relish, onion, tomato, pickle, sport peppers, and a final dash of celery salt.
4. Serve immediately.
