Chipá (Cassava Cheese Bread)

Small, chewy cheese rolls made with cassava (tapioca) flour and lots of hard cheese.

Instructions

  1. Mix the starch with salt and the cheeses.
  2. Add butter, eggs, and milk slowly until a firm dough forms.
  3. Shape into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden.
