Creamy mashed potatoes with kale or cabbage and plenty of butter.

Ingredients

• potatoes, kale or cabbage, butter, milk, scallions, salt, pepper

Instructions

1. Boil and mash potatoes
2. Sauté kale in butter
3. Mix potatoes with milk and kale
4. Serve with a well of butter
