Ingredients
- 2 cups masa harina (corn flour)
- 1.5 cups warm water (approximate)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix masa harina and salt in a bowl. Gradually add warm water until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.
- Divide dough into golf ball-sized portions.
- Flatten each ball using a tortilla press lined with plastic sheets.
- Cook on a preheated dry griddle (comal) over medium-high heat for about 30-60 seconds per side until slightly puffed and lightly browned.
- Keep warm in a cloth-lined basket.
