Ingredients
- Cassava starch (almidón de yuca), hard white cheese (queso cruceño), eggs, milk, salt.
Instructions
- 1. Mix equal parts of cassava starch and finely grated cheese. 2. Add eggs and enough milk to form a soft, non-sticky dough. 3. Shape into small balls. 4. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
