Dinuguan

  1. 1. Sauté garlic and onion. Add the pork and cook until browned. 2. Pour in vinegar and bring to a boil (do not stir for 2 mins to cook out the raw vinegar taste). 3. Slowly pour in the blood while stirring constantly to prevent curdling. 4. Add chillies and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the sauce is thick and dark. 5. Season with salt and pepper.
