Sweet corn puddings wrapped in corn husks or banana leaves and boiled.

Ingredients

• fresh corn, coconut milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, corn husks

Instructions

1. Grate fresh corn
2. Mix with coconut milk and spices
3. Wrap in husks
4. Boil until firm and set
