Dushbara (Dumpling Soup)

Incredibly tiny, hand-pinched meat dumplings served in a clear lamb broth flavored with dried mint.

  1. 1. Roll the dough extremely thin and cut into 1cm squares. 2. Place a tiny dot of meat filling in each square and pinch the corners into a small dumpling. 3. Boil the dushbara in lamb stock until they float. 4. Serve in bowls with a sprinkle of dried mint and a side of vinegar mixed with crushed garlic.
