A tart and savory onion soup with roasted chicken, flavored with vinegar.

Ingredients

• chicken, plenty of onions, white vinegar, allspice, peppercorns, corn tortillas

Instructions

1. Roast or grill chicken
2. Sauté dozens of sliced onions
3. Simmer onions in a vinegar-infused broth
4. Add chicken and serve with fresh tortillas
