Steak, ham, fresh sausage (linguiça), mortadella
Sliced cheese (lots)
Sauce: Beer, beef stock, tomato paste, piri-piri, port wine, brandy, mustard, flour thickener

Instructions

1. Grill the meats. 2. Assemble the sandwich with steak, ham, and sausages between bread. 3. Cover the entire sandwich with cheese slices. 4. Place in oven until cheese melts. 5. Pour the hot, spicy sauce over the top. 6. Serve with fries and an optional fried egg on top.
