Ingredients
- crispy puri shells, boiled yellow peas (ghugni), boiled potatoes, tamarind pulp, roasted cumin powder, chili flakes, chaat masala, onions, green chilies, cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by mashing potatoes and mixing with boiled peas, spices, onions, and cilantro. Make the tangy water by mixing tamarind pulp with water and spices. Poke a hole in the puri, fill with the potato mixture, dip in the tamarind water, and eat in one bite.
