Garash Cake

A famous and decadent Bulgarian chocolate cake made with five layers of walnut sponge and chocolate cream.

Ingredients

• Walnuts, finely ground
• Egg whites
• Powdered sugar
• Dark chocolate
• Heavy cream
• Butter

Instructions

1. Make five thin layers of walnut sponge using egg whites and sugar.
2. Prepare a rich chocolate ganache.
3. Stack the layers with ganache in between.
4. Cover the whole cake with chocolate glaze and garnish with green coconut or pistachios.
