1 kg fresh Sulguni cheese (un-salted)
1 bunch fresh mint
Matzoon (yogurt)
Milk
Salt

Instructions

1. Melt fresh cheese in hot water/milk until stretchy. 2. Roll out into a sheet. 3. Spread with minced mint. 4. Roll up and cut into pieces. 5. Serve submerged in a sauce made of matzoon, milk, and more mint.
