Ingredients

• ground beef and pork mix, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, nutmeg, butter

Instructions

1. Mix meat with aromatics and form into large balls. Sear in a lot of butter until browned. Add a little water to the pan and simmer until cooked through, creating a rich gravy.
