Spiced speculaas cookie dough stuffed with a thick layer of sweet almond paste.

• Speculaas spices
• Flour, butter, sugar
• Almond paste (amandelspijs)
• Whole almonds for decoration

Instructions

1. Roll out spice dough
2. Layer with almond paste
3. Top with more dough
4. Decorate with almonds and bake until firm
