A unique layered pie from the Ohrid region, made by baking thin layers of batter one by one under a traditional metal lid (sach).

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix flour, water, and salt into a thin batter (like crepes). 2. Grease a large round pan. 3. Pour a thin layer of batter and bake under a sach (metal lid with embers) until browned. 4. Drizzle with oil and pour another layer. 5. Repeat for several hours until all batter is used. 6. Cut into diamonds and serve with yogurt.
