Hand-rolled yufka dough filled with cheese, spinach, or meat, then griddled on a large iron dome until golden.

• Yufka or thin dough
• White cheese (Feta)
• Spinach or minced meat
• Butter

Instructions

1. Roll dough into large thin sheets
2. Place filling in the center
3. Fold into a rectangle
