Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- Vinegar
- Oil
- Cilantro, parsley
Instructions
- 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth or slightly chunky. 2. Add vinegar and oil until it reaches a thick pourable consistency.
