Mozzarella or Akkawi cheese Fine semolina Sugar syrup with rose and orange blossom water Ashta (clotted cream) filling Crushed pistachios for garnish

Instructions

Melt the cheese with sugar syrup and semolina until it forms a smooth, elastic dough. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet. Place a log of ashta along one edge and roll up. Slice into small pieces. Garnish with pistachios and more syrup. Serve cold.
