Instructions

  1. Drain soaked black beans.
  2. Combine beans, rice, and water in a pot. Bring to boil.
  3. Reduce to low simmer. Cook 60-90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add red dates and goji berries in last 20 minutes.
  5. Sweeten with rock sugar or honey to taste.
  6. Serve warm as a nourishing breakfast.
