• Beef patties
• Soft burger buns
• Garlic, tomato paste

Instructions

1. Grill small beef patties
2. Dip buns in a garlicky tomato sauce
3. Assemble burger and place in a steam box
4. Let steam for 5 minutes until soft and 'wet'
