Ingredients

• Buckwheat flour
• Wheat flour
• Milk, eggs
• Raisins, currants
• Applesauce or syrup

Instructions

1. Mix batter
2. Pour into a floured cotton bag
3. Boil in a pot of water for 2 hours
4. Slice and serve with butter and syrup
