- 2-3 tbsp kama flour 1 cup kefir or sour milk (petipiim) Sugar or honey to taste Optional: fresh berries (blueberries or raspberries)
Instructions
- 1. Stir the kama flour into the kefir until well combined. 2. Add sugar or honey to your preferred level of sweetness. 3. Let it sit for a minute to allow the flour to hydrate slightly. 4. Top with fresh forest berries and enjoy as a refreshing dessert or quick breakfast.
