Khachapuri (Adjarian Boat-Style)
The world-famous boat-shaped cheese bread from the Adjara region, topped with a runny egg and a knob of butter.

Ingredients
- Yeast dough (flour, water, milk, yeast, salt)
- 500g Imeretian and Sulguni cheese mix (or Mozzarella and Feta)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Roll out the dough into an oval. 2. Roll the sides inward to form a boat shape. 3. Fill the center with a generous amount of the cheese mixture. 4. Bake at 450°F (230°C) until the dough is golden and cheese is bubbly. 5. Remove from oven, crack a raw egg into the center, and add a knob of butter. 6. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes until the egg white just starts to set but the yolk remains runny. 7. To eat, tear off pieces of the bread crust and dip into the cheese and egg mixture.
