Kifli (Crescent Rolls)

Traditional crescent-shaped yeast rolls, soft on the inside with a slightly crisp crust, often topped with salt or caraway seeds.

• flour
• yeast
• milk
• butter
• sugar
• salt
• egg for brushing
• caraway seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare yeast dough and let rise
2. Roll into triangles and roll up into crescents
3. Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt or caraway
4. Bake until golden
