Lamb and potatoes slow-roasted in paper until the meat falls off the bone.

Ingredients

• lamb shoulder or leg, potatoes, lemon, garlic, bay leaves, oregano

Instructions

1. Wrap lamb and potatoes in parchment paper or foil with herbs
2. Roast at low heat for 3-4 hours
3. The long cooking creates incredible flavor
