Ingredients

• grated potatoes, ground pork or beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, sour cream

Instructions

1. Mix grated potato with salt and squeeze out excess liquid
2. Form patties around small amounts of meat filling
3. Fry until golden on both sides
4. Serve with sour cream
