Krambambula (Spiced Spirit)

A traditional Belarusian alcoholic drink infused with honey and spices.

Cuisine: Belarus

Ingredients

• vodka, honey, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, black pepper

Instructions

1. Simmer half the vodka with honey and spices
2. Add remaining vodka
3. Let infuse for a week
4. Strain and serve
